Join the New Jersey Chapter BMW CCA for a special evening at Circle BMW featuring acclaimed automotive author and BMW historian Steve Saxty as our guest speaker.
Steve will give us an inside look at his upcoming project, M: Beyond The Badge, an ambitious new work exploring the people, cars, stories, and history behind BMW M.
The project has taken Steve deep inside the world of BMW M. He spent four months in Europe researching the books and conducted more than 100 interviews with past and present BMW M GmbH personnel. He also worked with BMW M leadership as the project took shape, giving him access to stories and perspectives that BMW enthusiasts rarely get to hear.
Steve is already well known to BMW fans for his acclaimed BMW by Design and BMW Behind The Scenes books. His work combines extensive research, access to BMW designers and archives, and his own experience working throughout the automotive industry. His books are packed with previously unseen concepts, design sketches, and the stories behind the cars we know today.
This evening will be a chance to hear directly from Steve about the new BMW M project, learn what he discovered during his research, and enjoy an evening with fellow BMW enthusiasts.
Our hosts at Circle BMW will also be treating everyone to a generous spread of appetizers and soft drinks throughout the evening. Come hungry, grab something to eat, catch up with fellow members, and enjoy what should be a great night centered around BMW history and BMW M.
