E-36 Engine from a 1995 M3 Disassembled and in real good sha

I have an E-36 engine with 81K miles that is disassembled and in real good shape. The pistons and cylinders are clean and clear. Pistons and crank are in real good shape. I was going to install a set of rings, have bearings replaced and polish the crank. There are no marks or milling necessary.

Head was completely rebuilt and all parts are marked. I had engine running before it was torn down. Asking $850

Yes, engine and transmission are still available. I also have a full exhaust that is in great shape.
