Post by ozkm3 »

PRO2000 STILL AVAILABLE FOR $250 OBO.

Up for sale is a good condition but expired navy blue Sparco Pro2000 seat. In good overall condition and very comfortable. Has a small rip at the edge of the seat by the shoulder area.
Asking $450 obo, plus shipping but locals have dibs since I don't really want to ship.
Pictures will be up tomorrow eve.
Reason for sale, buying matching seats.
Also have a black sparco speed w base floor mount for e36 pass side. $250.
Like I said pictures should be up by saturday eve.
Email; 04e46m3oc@live.com
Thanks
**WILL UPDATE WITH PICTURES TOMORROW WHEN I TAKE THE SEAT OUT.*

I will contact you tomorrow about both seats

what does "expired" mean? is it no longer good for HPDEs or cca racing? sort of like snell ratings or something? or just that they no longer make them?

it means that it cannot longer be used for club racing etc, still good for hpde's..they required seats and harness to be no more than 5yrs old in some cases. but both are in good shape, im available most of the day tomorrow...
thanks! :D

Just for clarification, I believe expired seats are legal in club racing with an appropriate seat back brace.

Nafi is right, a substantial seat back brace is fine with expired or non-FIA seats.
