Body Restoration - Not Collision Repair

Post by nse2167 »

Could you recommend an auto body restoration specialist in the area?
I live in Westfield, NJ. I'm the proud owner of an almost-mint 1986 cinnabar red 635 CSi with a bit of rust around one rear wheel well. All I can find are collision shops that want to replace the entire quarter panel at a cost of over $3,500 !

Help is appreciated.

Call Body Magic in Point Pleasant 732-892-8800 and speak with Billy. He has my e21 right now. All he does is restoration work and does excellent work. He has had a few of our $100,000+ muscle cars at his shop doing minor touch up. He does great work at reasonable prices. He does not have general body guys, he employs enthusiasts with classics themselves. When you call, tell him JT recommended him.

I used Brians autobody in orange county NY. He did my mini cooper and also about to do my 70 GTO. Give a drive by at Eurosport of Westfield to see the mini and I can show you photos off the body work step by step.
