Replacing battery - 2013 F25 X3

After 8+ years, my OEM battery on my F25 X3 needs replacing. I’m leaning towards OEM replacement (~$200). Does anyone have another specific recommendation for a replacement battery AND for an OBD tool that will allow me to calibrate my X3’s computer to the new battery? Thx

I decided to get the OEM BMW battery, since the original held up so well (over 8 years), which ran me about $200 with our club discount. I was able to ‘register’ the new battery with my BlueDriver (Bluetooth) OBD tool, saving me about $100 on labor. We should have one of these OBD tools in our ‘club toolbox’ for lending out.
