Anyone with experience on Shennendoah

Post by sab0276 »

Anyone with experience at Shennendoah going to be at Summit Point this weekend?

We are testing on Fri and none of us have experience on Shennendoah. If anyone is going to be there this weekend and would like to ride along with us (we have race seat and harnesses in passenger side in the DTM E30), we'd appreciate it.

Hell, if you want to come and instruct us on Fri, we'll pay for your hotel room.

I will be there on Sat. I know this won't help you since you are practicing on Fri. I do have a friend who could help for the cost of a room. His name is Phil Ruhl his email is pjrmaz1@msn.com. Contact him today. He has extensive experience at the Shenadoah and is a senior instructor for BSR.

Darnit, this was posted 30 minutes after I left for SPR on Thu. :(

It would have been nice to have someone show us the line, since none of us had been there before and its real technical.
We did do OK though. 1st in Class 1, and 2nd place overall. That was with a 15 minute penalty that cost us 7 laps. W/o that penalty we would have won by 4 laps.
