I recommend trying ebay. (search for bmw e39 floor mats)

I used to have the BMW OEM 5 series (E39) rubber mats for the Winter and the OEM mats for the Summer . The set from Bavauto looks good for $65

I got the Dunlop Direzza Z2 last year for Track and AutoX use last year. Love these tires. They do run a littler bit nosier for regular street use, but I usually just install the tires at home and drive to the track. Traction is excellent.
