Has anyone had success having a dealership honor the extended 7 year 70,000 mile warranty on defective parts covered under the California Emissions Control Warranty? Just to clarify my car has the N55 engine with a single twin scroll turbo, not the N54 with dual turbos.

Good evening. I’m hoping someone may be able to help me with a problem that I’m having with my E93 335i.
