Have you tired looking into tow hook plate holders?
It's a good alternative than drilling holes into the bumper

I would suggest taking a look at Rennsport at Hackensack, the owner is Sal and he is a knowledgable person to talk to

Just out of curiosity, are we going to pay something out of pocket?

If you don't mind the maintenance cost, I would strongly recommend the X5 as it is very capable than the other competition in its MY.

Try plasti dipping your whole car

You should have asked for the dealer to throw in a extra key if one is missing for free before signing on the dotted line

I missed my 03 X5, as it was very much capable IMO in all terrains I go to.
