Sept 9 and Oct 7 autocross

Don't forget, we have a chapter autocross at the PNC Bank Arts Center on Sept 9. The fee will be $50 to cover increased costs.

We also have an event date at the NJ Expo Center on Oct 7. These 2 venues offer a much more open course than our usual courses, so plan to be there.

The NJ Convention and Exposition Center is in Edison at Raritan Center.

The directions to the PNC Bank Arts Center that are posted are a little confusing please use this:

From GSP heading south

Take Exit 116, turn right at end of ramp.
Lot is ahead on left.

From GSP heading north

Take exit 116, keep left at end of ramp, make left turn under GSP.
Lot is about ¼ mile ahead on left.

Does anyone have any feedback on the lot at PNC? I was thinking of running with WSCC @ Pomona this Sunday - they have good pavement but small lot size. Looking at the size of the PNC lot is making me think about scratching Pomona and checking this venue out.

We looked at the south lot earlier this summer, and found that although it has not been repaved, most of it is not too bad, and it looks like it has been swept.
We have designed a nice course with a long, fast chicane and good 2nd gear turns, so we can avoid the few rough patches. Check the course maps section.
The weather looks like it will be clear by daylight on Sunday, so we look forward to a fun event.

Our autocross registration is mostly analog.
You can download a registration form from this website, fill it out and bring it with you. This will save much time at registration.
