Mechanic Recommendations near Weehawken

I have a 2002 M5 and looking for a good indy mechanic (or perhaps even better, a knowledgeable enthusiast that does work for others and possibly willing to take some time to teach a newbie some things) near Weehawken, NJ. Willing to travel a bit if the person comes highly recommended. Thanks much in advance!
