"b/t/w, the record to RUN up is 56 min, 41.0 sec."

That's pretty impressive considering there is a bicycle TT up that mountain every year that brings out national caliber riders and that record is 49 minutes and change.

The Tire Shoppe is near Reading in Pa

www.thetireshoppe.com/

I've dealt with them for both Toyo & Hankook R-Compound (track) tires and they have always been good to deal with.

"The Falls" hotel in Montour Falls is spotless and maybe closer than any other hotel to the track. The price has creeped up over the years and I believe it is up to about 90 /night but I still find it's worth it.

Hi: The obvious thing to do is to take off your existings wheels and look, the offset number should be stamped inside the wheel. But, alternatively, my boss recently traded in his 540 sport for a X5 and he still has his winter wheels from it. They were BMW alloys with Blizzak tires. I believe the wh...

Hi :

My email address is : <petermeltzer@verizon.net>
I'd like to see the pictures but I'm more interested in whether the wheels are straight and round than if they have a little curb rash.

Hi:

In the event that this has not already been resolved...

I believe you contacted the wrong guy.
Try emailing the event registrar Dennis Krug <dkrug@njbmwcca.org>
And if that fails, try the event chair Jeff White <jwhite@njbmwcca.org>.

I'm sure one of them will set things right.

Hi:

for what it's worth...
Speed channel has a show on @ 7 on Sunday evening (The Speed Report) that is a review of the last weeks races of all kind. I'm sure they will show a few minutes of the highlights of this race.

Hi: I assume you've seen the list of the 3 N.J. chapter driving schools under upcoming events. If that's not enough for you, check on surrounding chapters web sites for additional schools. Folks who want to do 4,5, or 10 events a year join diffirent chapters (at around an additional $10 each) and sig...

Hi: The nj drivers ed schedule got posted today. The first event is for "advanced" drivers only (no beginners). The next two are split events with races being held on the same day as drivers ed. Because there is only 8 hours of track time, they have to cut back on the # of run groups. At least some ...

Hi : I agree with the previous post. Autocross is fun, inexpensive, educational & safe. But to me, going to the track is almost too much fun. If you decide that you want to do a track event, the Jefferson circuit at Summit Point is a good track for first timers. There are lots of tracks that are mor...
